When you take the Calling Test, we collect:
- Your answers to all 48 assessment questions
- Timestamp data for when responses were submitted
- Session information to maintain test progress
Account Information
If you create an account (optional for accessing results), we collect:
- Email address (used for authentication and result delivery)
- Authentication data managed securely through Firebase
- Account creation date and last login time
Payment Information
If you purchase the full blueprint:
- We do NOT store credit card information
- All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe
- We only receive confirmation that payment was successful
- We store a transaction ID for record-keeping purposes
Technical Data
We automatically collect:
- Browser type and version
- Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- IP address (for security and fraud prevention)
- Pages visited and time spent on site
- Referring website (how you found us)

We use carefully selected third-party services to operate the Calling Test:
Firebase (Google)
Stripe
- Purpose: Payment processing
- Data Shared: Payment information (handled entirely by Stripe)

- Purpose: Generate personalized AI insights during test
- Data Shared: Your responses to specific questions (anonymized)

- Note: OpenAI does not use data sent via API to train their models
Vercel
TikTok (Advertising)
- Purpose: Measure advertising effectiveness and optimize ad campaigns
- Data Shared: Page views, checkout events, purchase confirmations (anonymized)

- Note: Used only to measure which ads lead to conversions; we do not use TikTok for retargeting
5. Data Retention
- Assessment Responses: Stored indefinitely so you can access your results anytime
- Account Information: Retained until you request account deletion
- Session Data: Temporary data deleted after 30 days of inactivity
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized after 90 days
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access
You can view your assessment results and account information at any time through your portal.
Correction
If you believe any information we have is incorrect, contact us and we'll work to correct it. Note: Assessment responses cannot be edited after submission to maintain result integrity.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us through our Contact Page. Please note:
- This will permanently delete all your responses and results
- This action cannot be undone
- We may retain minimal records for legal/financial compliance (e.g., transaction records)
- Aggregated, anonymized data may remain in analytics
Opt-Out of Communications
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Do Not Sell
We do not sell personal information. Period.
7. Browser Storage and Tracking
We use browser storage technologies (cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage) to improve your experience and understand how our site is used. We do NOT use third-party tracking cookies or share your browsing data with advertisers.
What We Store
- Authentication Cookies: Managed by Firebase to keep you logged in (essential for site functionality)
- Session Storage: Anonymous session ID to track site usage and measure performance (cleared when you close your browser)
- Local Storage: Marketing attribution data (which link or ad brought you to our site) to measure our marketing effectiveness (persists until you clear browser data)
- Test Progress: Your assessment answers and progress (so you don't lose your place if you navigate away)
First-Party Analytics
Our core analytics are first-party, meaning:
- Most data stays on our site and in our database
- We do NOT use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel
- Your activity on our site is never sold to third parties for marketing
- We use TikTok Pixel solely to measure ad performance (see Third-Party Services above)
Your Control
You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Note: Clearing browser storage will log you out and may affect site functionality, but you can continue using the site normally afterward.
8. Children's Privacy
The Calling Test is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
9. International Users
The Calling Test is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
10. Business Structure & Financial Transparency
Important Disclosure: Calling Test is operated as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), not as a charity or nonprofit organization.
- Mission support payments are not tax-deductible donations
- We operate as a mission-driven business with the flexibility to serve our calling effectively
- We tithe 10% of revenue to Kingdom work and ministry organizations
- All spiritual insights (6 core deliverables) remain free and accessible to everyone
- Optional mission support provides additional proprietary analytics reports
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top
- Notify users via email if changes materially affect how we use personal information
- Post a notice on the website
Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
